You can store a wide range of items in your storage unit, including furniture, appliances, clothing, documents, and more. However, there may be some restrictions on what can be stored, such as hazardous materials or illegal items. Be sure to check with the office to ensure that your items are allowed.

How long can I rent a storage unit?

As long as you need it. Even if you rent for a specific period, it’s easy to extend the time. Your rental agreement explains how much notice we need to extend the time or to confirm your move-out date.

What happens if I can’t pay my rent?

Life happens and sometimes what happens is difficult. Please communicate with the office promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to work with you. If you just stop paying your rent, storage facilities may have the right to sell your possessions to recoup the unpaid rent. Be sure to read your rental agreement carefully to understand the terms and conditions of your rental.

What should I do before storing my items?

Before storing your items, be sure to clean them thoroughly and wrap them in protective materials if needed. You may also want to take an inventory of your items and label boxes for easy identification. If you are storing electronics or appliances, be sure to follow any manufacturer’s instructions for storage.
